I’m Laura. I am an ESG, climate tech, and sustainability strategy advisor. I help organizations align their climate commitments with real-world action, especially where operations, culture, and investor expectations meet. I’m also a coach for climate career switchers and nontraditional founders navigating big transitions. And I wear a few other hats: board member, speaker, writer, and former founder.

After nearly 20 years in this field, climate is in my blood. I’ve worked across nonprofits, startups, utilities, and government, from scrappy pilot projects to investor reporting frameworks. I’ve been both a builder and an activator: connecting teams across silos, finding overlooked levers for value creation, and designing strategies that reflect both urgency and care.

Sometimes I say I’m a one-woman stakeholder advisory group. I’ve spent my career translating between legal, HR, ops, and sustainability, and helping organizations make forward-looking decisions that hold up under scrutiny.

In addition to my work in the corporate world, I’ve been a dedicated advisor to early-stage companies, nonprofits, and climate-curious professionals. My lived experience as a founder, mentor, accelerator scout, consultant, and board member gives me a 360-degree view of what it takes to grow responsibly and lead with vision.

Above all, I’m grounded by my values: joy, connection, and courage. I believe these values don’t just shape personal transformation, they’re essential to my sustainable lifelong commitment to building mission-driven organizations and climate resiliency.
